With over a decade of coaching experience across the globe, Codie has built a reputation for breaking down the most complex movements and training concepts into simple, actionable steps. At NVLD, Codie leads with a results driven mission: to help every member feel stronger, smarter, and more confident in your own skin. It’s pretty hard to get him out of the gym, but on the rare occasion you’ll find him sneaking over to rottnest or getting a coffee in south fremantle.
Whether you’re a beginner or a competitive athlete, Codie’s extensive experience ensures you understand not just *how* to train, but *why*.
Holly Johnson

Holly’s approach is all about empowering you to feel strong, capable and confident in your everyday life. With over a decade of experience in the fitness space her coaching philosophy centres on shifting the focus from physical appearance to discovering what the body is truly capable of no matter if you’re a beginner or experienced athlete. Holly is dedicated to helping clients reach their full potential.
As NVLDs resident DJ when she’s not playing bangers in the gym and trying to throw around heavy weights, you will find her at the beach with her dog Arlo or enjoying spicy margaritas on the weekend with friends.

Imogen has over 10 years of experience in the gym, Her mission is to help people feel empowered in their own abilities. Imogen encourages a focus on performance whether that is getting stronger, learning a new skill, increasing fitness or improving your overall lifestyle. Imogen motivates individuals to develop a healthy lifestyle that promotes longevity and overall well-being.
Imogen grew up in country town where sport and community played a big part in her life. It was here that her passion for high level performance began. During her adolescence, she competed at the national level in swimming, honing a deep appreciation for hard work, mental resilience, and the commitment needed to set and achieve ambitious goals.
